You will receive a proof of your wedding invitation, which needs approval before work can begin. At this stage we will require a 50% deposit. Your proof can be approved via email or hardcopy in the post.

If you require a bespoke design or you would like further advice please phone our studio and leave a message on our answer machine and we will respond within 24 hours.
We have no minimum order quantity for handmade wedding invitations. We do advise early ordering as our lead times fluctuate. Express orders are available but they are liable to a surcharge. This is at our discretion and is dependent on the size of your order and our current workload.
We recommend that you order all your wedding Stationery at once, with an estimate of the number of orders of service; menus etc so that we can book your production slot and ensure continuity of your design (exact numbers can be clarified at a later date). We always advise ordering a few spares for extra guests and any errors if you are planning to write out your invitations yourself.

Between 30 - 100 Items - £8.99
Above 100 - £11.99
Once we have received the final balance, your Stationery will be dispatched. A signature will be required for all deliveries (our orders are usually sent via royal mail recorded or special delivery) so please ensure you designate a delivery address where someone can sign for your wedding Stationery.
Special Touch Cards cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched.
